We have just begun learning about volcanoes.  Students have learned that wherever a plate boundary occurs, volcanoes and earthquakes are sure to follow.  In fact, last week we did a mapping earthquakes and volcanoes lab and we noticed a pattern in their locations.   Here is an extra credit assignment you can complete for science!  Click on this link to see a volcano erupt!  Need more extra credit-here!
