I received BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

Then I finished my MS in Computer Science from Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science (MSCS) department of Marquette University (WI). I was a member of Ubicomp Lab and my supervisor was Dr. Sheikh Iqbal Ahamed.

I joined Purdue Universityin 2007 for pursuing dual degree: PhD in Computer Science and MS in Statistics. I received the prestigious "Ross Fellowship Award for Outstanding PhD Student". I got two legendary figures of Computer Science as my initial supervisors: Dr. Eugene Spafford and Dr. Elisa Bertino. But unfortunately i had to leave Purdue and go back to Bangladesh for family reasons.

I have started PhD in Computational Science again in 2010 in Marquette University.
