Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer but get excited because tryouts are just around the corner!! We will be hosting tryouts for our new team September 8th or 9th. Location is TBD. So save the dates and enjoy this weather by working on your softball skills. The MSU club softball team had a great spring season where we went 5-4. We had two weekends of rainouts which prohibited more playing time but we did experience our first Big Ten Tournament where we made it to the semi-finals. 

Winter practices will be taking place on Monday nights from 9-11 in the turf arena at IM WEST. All girls should be running/lifting on their own time. We also may add another day if possible in the week to have another practice! 

November the 11th we will be meeting at 6:30 to discuss how everything went this fall and what to expect this spring! Please come with ideas to fundraise and ways to improve our program! The meeting will be at Kristine's house so email Liz for an address or contact someone on the team if you need a ride. 

The team had a great fall season going 6-3! We cannot wait until the spring season starts and want to thank everyone who came out for your support! GO GREEN, GO WHITE, GO STATE!!!!

Today, the Spartans traveled to Ohio Northern University to take on the Polar Bears! It was a great day! The team came out with two victories of 10-0 and 15-5! Everyone on the team did great and we are very excited for the rest of the season!
