INFO ABOUT JOINING AED:
For local membership, we have no requirements...just that you pay $10 dues.
As for national membership, you must have completed 3 semesters of college work and have a 3.2 overall GPA.
At both our January and February meetings, we will be collecting dues for local and/or national membership. Keep checking on our website and reading emails to stay abreast of AED news! We'll do our best to keep you informed, but it is becoming increasingly difficult as we are receiving an overwhelming number of emails right now! Thanks for your continued interest in AED!
Welcome to the Mississippi Gamma chapter of Alpha Epsilon Delta at Mississippi State University!
Alpha Epsilon Delta (AED) is the Health Preprofessional Honor Society and is nationally recognized in the medical world. We welcome all pre-health majors, including those pursuing careers in Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Veterinary Medicine, and others.
Our chapter is actively involved in numerous volunteer projects on the MSU campus and the Starkville community. Our current goal is to unite all pre-professional majors under one entity. We are seeking active members who are willing to share ideas that will impact the lives of others.
