English Educators

    The GREEN phenomenon has filtered into secondary classroom all across the world, but aside from making fewer copies, English classrooms have not made the conversion yet.  This website provides much needed information to enlighten students, as well as my fellow colleagues, about the importance of bringing the concept of energy conservation to the Language Arts classroom. 

    While introducing the concept of energy conservation on a global level, teachers should also take this opportunity to expose their students to different cultures around the world.  This site also will explore the importance of bringing multicultural books into the classroom so that students will not only learn how to save the world by “going green”, they will also  learn about the many different cultures that link us together.
