Dear Parents,

 

Welcome to Ms. Geller’s United States History or World History-Ancient Civilizations Class. I am excited about the beginning of a new school year, meeting my new students and parents, and exploring with my students the wonderful world of History and Geography.

This year is my fifth year at International Studies Learning Center. I previously taught for four years in the Lynwood Unified School District and one year in Long Beach Unified School District. I have my Single Subject Clear Credential in Social Science and a supplemental in both Introductory English and Literature. I also have a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction.

Please be assured that your child’s success in my classroom is my primary goal. Attached is a copy of my class syllabus. Please go over it with your child, sign the bottom portion, and return it. Recepción a la historia de Estados Unidos de ms Geller o a la clase Historia-Antigua de las civilizaciones del mundo. Me excitan sobre el principio de un nuevo año escolar, de la reunión mis nuevos estudiantes y de padres, y de explorar con mis estudiantes el mundo maravilloso de la historia y de la geografía. Este año es mi quinto año en el centro de aprendizaje internacional de los estudios. Enseñé previamente por cuatro años en el distrito escolar unificado Lynwood y un año en Long Beach unificó el distrito escolar.
