 I am originally from Indiana, but have been living in North Carolina for 5 years. I taught 4th grade in Hoke County before I made the move to Raleigh. This is my third year at Green, and I am truly loving my time with all of you.
I have always been very close with my family even though I live so far away. My mom is a nurse, and my dad is a retired social worker. I have a sister who is a high school English teacher in Bloomington, Indiana, and mother of two wonderful kids. My brother is I love to read, travel, hike, camp, and go to art/music festivals and museums when I am tracked out. I love soaking up the beautiful North Carolina sun on the Outer Banks, and wandering the mountains. I have had the opportunity to travel to Belgium, England, France, Nepal, Singapore, India, and more. I thoroughly enjoy learning about and experiencing different cultures. I am a HUGE Colts fan! My students usually learn to check the score to know what kind of mood I will be in the day after a game.  |
