Course Description
Computer Applications (Comp. Apps.) is a semester class offered to 8th Graders. This course introduces students to the basic concepts and skills of the computer that will help them in school and the workplace. Students will learn about the Internet, Office 2007, Windows XP, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. This is a great introductory class for all high school computer classes!

Current Events
Current Events are due every Wednesday at the beginning of the hour. Students must follow use the correct format discussed in class. The template is also saved on the O:/Drive. Students can use any article as long as it is current and technology related.
