The Muslim Students Association—established in 1963—is a national network of college and university Muslim organizations across the United States as well as Canada.

Truman State University's MSA—part of MSA National’s Central Zone—serves as a primary local resource for and is comprised of a diverse group of Truman State University and Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine students (Muslims and non-Muslims).  With a focus on building community among members, we strive to maintain weekly meetings as well as frequent discussion groups and social events.

Truman State’s MSA also serves as a resource for the general Truman and Kirksville community by providing accurate and unbiased information about Islam and promoting Muslim and non-Muslim understanding through interfaith interactions and campus and community events.
