December Issue...

Articles have been assigned for the December issue and I want everyone to beging working on them right away. These articles are due no later than Nov. 30. Because you have an entire month to get them in to me, I will not accept late articles. This class can be fun but I expect work to be done and turned in on time. If you work on your article early, I will be glad to help you get it "tweaked" so that it is print ready when our editors start to put the next edition together.

Nov. 18:
Articles are due in 11 days. Do not be late! Articles lose 5 points for each day they are late. These have been assigned for quite a while so I expect them to be on time. Thank you!
Oct. 19:
The newspaper should be going to the printer at the end of this week. We need to start discussing new articles so start thinking about what should be included in the next issue. Thanks!
Sept. 29:
NEWSPAPER ARTICLES ARE DUE TOMORROW! Articles lose 5 point a day that they are turned in late. Please get them in on time!
Sept. 24:
The media study that was due tomorrow has been postponed until Monday to give everyone more time to review some of the local media outlets. We will talk more about this tomorrow in class.
Sept. 14:
The writing assignment from Thursday should have been handed in today but I had several students who did not turn one in. Mid-terms go home Friday and I really do not want to send them home as they stand right now. Please turn in the homework when it is assigned.
Sept. 10:
Don't forget to have your ad day permission slips signed. I need those by tomorrow in order to turn in a list to the office of who will be participating.
