In Read 180, students participate in whole-group activities, small-group activities, Read 180 computer software, and independent reading.
The assignments listed by date are activities completed during whole-group and small-group rotations. On a daily basis, students also complete activities on the computer software and participate in twenty minutes of silent reading following by an entry on a weekly reading log.
If students are absent, they must make up all in-class assignments, which includes twenty minutes of silent reading and twenty minute on the Read 180 computer software. The Read 180 software can be accessed from any OHS computer. The school library opens at 7:00 a.m. and is open until 3:30 p.m. |
