In third grade we use Bob Hogan's 8 Steps of Model Drawing to solve our word problems. Please encourage your child to use the Model Drawing method to solve problems, and remember- there is always more than one way to draw the bars to solve a problem!
Every student needs to learn the mutiplication facts through 12! Study often, remember, practice makes permanent!
