 I'd like to share a bit about myself. I received my BA from Frostburg University in Elementary Education and my Masters of Education from Loyola University in Instruction. Besides my formal education, raising two boys has greatly influenced my teaching. Even though they are in college now, I still remember how homework and projects influenced our daily home life. This is my 28th year teaching English in Howard County Public Schools, and my 19th year at Glenwood. I recently remarried, so you may know me by my previous name, Keenan. I enjoy reading, traveling, watching sports, and hiking. If you and your sixth grader can figure where I went on vacation (see above picture), I will give your 6th grader a prize.
