Synopsis:

I have been teaching for 14 years and am happy to be here at Crews for my fifth year. I have taught in two very large districts, Los Angeles Unified and Gwinnett County.  I have had the privilege of teaching each grade second through seventh, and in that order.

I have a five year old son, a two year old daughter, and a husband who flies a Boeing  747 internationally.  There are many things I enjoy especially in the realm of creativity.  I love music, dance, and writing, and appreciate art.  Our family enjoys flying (both my husband and I fly), dining out, and travel.  In my spare time, or at least while my kids are sleeping, I enjoy planning travel for others via the travel agency I own.

I know that the students I teach today will one day be the ones in charge, the ones taking care of all of us in one way or another, so I have quite a task to prepare them for.    Please see the unabridged about me version in the attachment below, if you like to read.  :)
