The counseling program at Wilburn is designed to support the whole child in reaching their fullest potential through a comprehensive continuum of support services that positively impacts personal, academic, and career development within the school, family, and the community. The school counselor will advocate for the needs of all students throughout the school setting to maximize the potential for student success. The school counselor will coordinate with school staff, parents, and the community to promote a school counseling program which is developmentally appropriate and academically aligned with the curriculum.
