Mrs. Lockhart was honored for her hard work with the Wilburn Guidance Office during the WCPSS Counselor Celebration and 2009-10 Kick Off when she recieved her 3/4 carat certification for the Wilburn Elementary Guidance Office. This award is the result of her hard work and dedication and reflects a commitment to the ASCA Model National Plan.
When Ms. Lockhart arrived in January 2007 the Wilburn Guidance Office did not follow the National Model Plan and did not qualify for certification. In the short time since she's been here, she has brought countless changes for the better. Wilburn now has the honor of being a Nationally Recognized 3/4 Carat Guidance Program meeting all ASCA standards. Mrs. Lockhart intends to pursue Full Carat Status during the 2010-11 school year. Schools typically take 5-7 years to go from unranked to full carat. This means, if she succeeds, she will have achieved Full Carat Status without any additional guidance personnel or support in 4 1/2 school years. |

Sra. Lockhart fue honrado por su ardua labor con la Wilburn Oficina de Consejería durante la WCPSS Consejería Celebración y 2009-10 Kick Off cuando recibió su 3/4 quilates de certificación para la Wilburn Oficina de Consejería. Este premio es el resultado de su arduo trabajo y dedicación, y refleja un compromiso con el Plan Nacional Modelo de ASCA.
Cuando Sra. Lockhart llegó en Enero de 2007, la Wilburn Oficina de Consejería no siguió el Plan Nacional Modelo y se no calificarán para la certificación. En el corto tiempo desde que ha estado aquí, ella ha traído innumerables cambios para mejor. Wilburn ahora tiene el honor de ser reconocidos a nivel nacional como 3/4 Carat la Oficina de Consejería de la reunión de todas las normas de ASCA. Sra. Lockhart se propone continuar completa Carat estatus durante el año escolar 2010-11. Las escuelas suelen tener 5-7 años para ir de clasif a quilate completo.
