*Lunch time: Parents are welcome to eat with their child in the cafeteria. Our lunch time is: 12:10-12:40. If you plan on bringing a special lunch for your child, please make sure they do not "share" with other students in the cafeteria.
*Students will attend P.E. on the following days: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday from 1:45-2:30
Please make sure your child wears shoes that are adequate for P.E. Every student will be given a physical exam (Fitness gram) towards the end of the year. It is important that ALL students participate in all activities planned by our coaches. If a student is not dressed appropriately, they will STILL be required to participate.

Music Class- Wednesday
Art Class- Monday
*Science Lab: All 3rd graders will have the chance to participate in several Science Labs. Our class has been assigned a day to use the Science Lab. Please make sure your child is not absent on these days since these labs cannot be made- up. If your child is absent, I will send the lab sheet home and it will be the parent’s responsibility to do the lab at home. The content of the labs will be tested at the end of the six weeks.
*Library: Tuesdays from 9:45-10:15. Students will be allowed to check out 2 books (only 1 A.R. book at a time). Please make sure your child reads and returns their books in a timely manner. * Conference Time: My conference time is from 1:45-2:30 daily. If you would like to schedule a conference, please let me know at least one day in advance. This will avoid unnecessary trips in the event that I am not available to meet on a particular day. I can also meet any day after school between 3:15-3:30. As the school year progresses and I start to tutor after school, I will not be available on certain days. I will NOT conference during instructional time. This takes time away from my students. Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated.
