I am very excited about starting a new school year at Green. This is my third year at Green, and my fifth year teaching.
I was born in Blacksburg, Virginia, but I consider my hometown to be Greensboro, North Carolina. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Campbell University.
Outside the classroom I enjoy spending time with my husband and my dog Abby. My dog is like a member of the family. I also like to travel to different places. I would like to visit each of the 50 United States in my lifetime. One interesting fact about me is that I have a twin sister and I also have a younger brother and sister who are also twins. That’s right, my mom has two sets of twins. I would like to thank all the parents for their support and their willingness to assist in the classroom. I am looking forward to a wonderful year!
