General Information

Concerns & Communication
Please feel free to contact me if questions or concerns arise. If you leave a message with Mrs. Cohen, I will be glad to return your call as soon as
     possible. My E-Mail is:  kgoldman@nemjds.org.
If I do not respond by the end of a day, it may mean that I didn't have time or the network system is down.
Appoinments & Absences
If a student is missing school or leaving school for an appointment, please let us know in advance. Some lessons/activities are impossible to
make up, but if I know in advance I will try to schedule it so your child does not miss anything important.

Monday is the beginning of the school week and many new concepts are presented. Please do not schedule appointments on Monday.
If your child is sick, please call the office and arrange to pick up your child’s homework as soon as he/she feel well enough.

Third graders should be sleeping 8 -10 hours a night. Your student is more attentive and alert when he/she has a good night of sleep and a good breakfast.
