I have been a teacher since 1995. I started my career as an English language methodologist in the United States Peace Corps, serving in the nation of Mongolia. I have worked for the Charter School of San Diego, the Colorado School of Languages, and even as an after school educator for Mad Science. Since 1999 I have been lucky enough to work at Palomar High School, as an English, reading and CAHSEE prep teacher. I am also one of the senior class advisors, a job that is fun, but also bittersweet when I watch each year's senior class grow up, graduate and move on. I belive that all kids, regardless of their background or socio-economic status deserve excellent teachers, and I am proud to work at a school that supports my convictions. |
