School Rules

Please review your student handbook.  It is important to know & follow all the school rules.

In addition to school rules, there are also some classroom rules.

1)  Homework will need to be turned into the appropriate box between 7:50am & 8:00 am.  Late work will not be accepted.  Work will be accepted later in the day for those who arrive late due to an appointment etc.  Absentees should submit homework when they return to class. 

 

2)  All students must be in their assigned homeroom seat at 8am with all materials they will need for their first hour class ready to go.

 

3)  Coats, backpacks, sweatpants etc. must be put away prior to 8am.  In addition to being in proper school uniform at 8am, shirts are to be tucked in, belts on, etc.  Uniform notices/detentions will be issued as appropriate.

 

4)  If you arrive late to homeroom, you will be marked tardy. Excessive tardies will result in a conference with the teacher, student, and parents and/or disciplinary action. 

 

5)  During the Morning Prayer, pledge, & announcements absolute silence & reverence must be observed.  Failure to comply will result in a detention.

 

6)  Students are to sit in their assigned seat unless instructed otherwise.  When there is no adult present in the room, students will remain seated. 

 

7)  Please raise your hand & wait to be called on before speaking.

 

8)  Please ask permission to leave your seat before you do so.

         

9)    Mature behavior is expected at all times. 

10)  No cell phones or electronic devices may be used before or during the school day.
