 Meet Mrs. Dorris I am very happy to be teaching your child this year. This is my fifth year teaching fifth grade GATE language arts and reading at Flowertown Elementary. Before that I taught 6th grade language arts and reading for eleven years at DuBose Middle School.
I have lived in Summerville since 1980 and graduated from Summerville High School in 1984. I attended colleges at University of South Carolina, Trident Technical College, and Charleston Southern University. I received my BS from Charleston Southern University in 1993. I am married and have two children, Cooper and Corbin, who both attend school here at FES. We are all happy to be “Busy Bees!”
