I grew up in Tennessee, then graduated from Brigham Young University in 2002 with my undergraduate degree in Dance Education.  In 2005, I got my graduate degree in education at Nashville University.  Since 2006, I have been teaching creative dance at Oak Crest Elementary.  I believe that every child should be given the opportunity to dance and that dance can and should be integrated in core classroom curriculum.

Here at Oak Crest Elementary, we believe that the arts are an integral part of the classroom.  We find ways to integrate music, dance, and visual arts into our core curriculum to help students build connections between subjects.  It is our mission to teach every child that enrolls here to develop a lifelong passion for learning.  We are located at 9019 Crockett Road in Brentwood, TN.
