Q:  What are the DIBELS and what does my child's number mean?

A:  THIS website answers many questions you may have about the DIBELS.  I'll also talk to you about your child' DIBELS score at Parent Conferences.

 

Q;  Do we receive report cards in Kindergarten?

A:  We do have report cards in kindergarten.  Your child will receive a report card at the end of the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th quarter.  We will have a parent conference to discuss your child at the end of the 1st quarter in place of the report card. 

 

Q;  Can I set up a meeting to discuss my child whenever I am concerned?

A:  Definitely.  The sooner the better.  Just let me know.

 

Q:  Can I send in a special treat for my child's birthday?

A:  Yes.  Just set it up with me. 

 

Q:  Do you have holiday parties in Kindergarten?

A:  We will have a party to celebrate Halloween, Christmas & Valentine's Day.  We will also do activities celebrating many other holidays.
