Homework is given Mon. - Thurs., and is a follows:
Spelling:
Mon: Write words 5x each
Tues: Write words 3x each in ABC order
Wed: Write each word in a complete sentence.
Thurs: Study for test
Math:
The program we use is Saxon Math.
Each lesson has an "A" side which we do in class,
and a "B" side which is for homework.
Occasionally we supplement with additional
practice.
Reading:
Please read with your child for 20 minutes each night,
and have your child complete the reading log. Please
make sure the summaries are written in complete
sentences, and give details about the story.
Please check your child's agenda daily for changes
or additional homework assigments in other
subject areas.
