The 2009 Season Starts May 2nd! With racing changing to Saturday night under the lights. Racing will begin at 7:00 pm with sign up starting at 6:30. We have reconfigured the lighting to make it possible for racing at night. This will make racing more challenging and fun. With track temps changing from the heat of the day and cooling as the night goes on. Plus cars always looks cool under the lights!! The classes that we will be having are gas sedan, 1/8th scale 4wd, 1/8th buggy based gt's, electric sedan, 12th scale, and we welcome you guys that race street tires on your electric off-road vehicles! The 2009 Schedule is now available. Click the schedule link on the home page for all race days, times and special events. We will be hosting the ROAR Gas Sedan Nationals, Heart of America Series and the 3rd Annual Fireball Classic presented by this summer. All dates for these events can be found on the current schedule. The track measures 190' by 95'. The lay out is painted and separated by double up 2x4 on edge. We use sugar water for traction compound. The sugar water is applied with our exclusive traction master. The traction master applies the sugar water with most even coverage you can get. So it is needless to say traction is terrific. Not only is the traction great but the surface is as smooth as you can get. Everyone is Welcome! |
