MPEG Streamclip is a powerful free video converter, player,

Audacity is free, open source software for recording and editing sounds. I have attached the Windows version. You will also find the LAME plugin for exporting your sounds as an MP3 file.

Run the updates first, then run the Malware Removal Tool. The Conficker Removal Tool (cfremover) worked good for me.
