Thanks to the many that have enquired after my safety here in soggy Queensland. I am fine though many have suffered and some perished. This video of the Wivenhoe Dam realeasing excess water is both impressive and rare. Water is rarely released, and even rarely released by all five gates. All this water traveled down the Brisbane River and was mixed with water from the Bremer River that had recently flooded Ipswich City.
