I am Mr. Lake and it will be my privilege to be your mentor and guide on an exciting intellectual journey.  For more than 18 years I have taught Physics and AP Physics at Buchanan High School. I love Physics!  I am in awe of this incredible universe in which we live, and Physics is the study of our universe at its most fundamental level.  We humans are able to observe and describe the rules that govern our universe using mathematics.   Hey, check out the picture above.  That's me sitting in the cockpit of the Space Shuttle Simulator at Johnson Space Center.  I am a serious advocate of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education.   So let's get started...  5... 4... 3... 2...1.....  Blastoff!
