Every SLOBO member MUST have the following two forms (the forms will be added soon) on file with Mr. Basile in order to ride with the group. You will only need to fill out these documents once per school year. Since most communication will be done via emails, it is imperative that you clearly print your email addresses. The Tt0209m_ttf font (listed below) is the font I use on my informational handouts. You may need to download it to your computer if you want to print documents exactly as they appear at school. |
