Announcements

Welcome back to 2nd Semester!!!
We will be covering topics related to physics this semester.  Remember, many of the notes and worksheets are available under the Course Materials.

This is a freshman level course designed to provide introductory instruction in chemistry and physics that prepares you for higher level science courses and teaches real world applications of physical science.  You will use resources, including the Internet, worksheets and the textbook to study the material. Labs and other hands-on activities will allow you to apply and observe science in action. It is my goal to increase your awareness of how important science is in your life, whether you become a scientist or not, and help you gain a positive appreciation for science.  Students are expected to meet high expectations for their performance.  It is expected that you will spend time outside of class on this subject to do well.
