We have been in the rental business for three generations and only handle a small number of rental units.  It is important to us that you have a good experience when you have lived in a house or apartment with Metzger Realty / WLM Properties. 

Our goal is that when both of us live up to our contracted agreement we can live happily ever after when the lease is over.  Hopefully all problems are not insurmountable and can be worked out between us.  We have a lot of repeat business and are proud of our reputation. 

Kris Metzger also sits on the East Lansing Housing Commission to keep up with any changes to housing codes and protect the rights of both Landlords and Tenants in East Lansing. (Her personal goal is never to see any of her tenants standing in front of the Commission with a violation or see her own name attached to a violation notice.)
