Keep working on the new flex test
Don't forget to stretch the triceps after push-ups.

Do 2 press-ups and 1 cat stretch.

For the Heart and Lungs:  Try jogging in the yard or around the outside of your house.  Even jumping jacks will help if you're stuck inside.  Remember - The Spring mile run is coming this month.
