This Web Site provides information about the Biology and Anatomy classes taught by Mr. Barton at Rancho Buena Vista High School.  Currently this website is under contruction and will be undergoing modifications and improvements throughout the school year.  Students in Mr. Bartons classes and their parents or guardians are encouraged to review the site for information about their classes.  Information will eventually include a syllabus of the courses and those assignments required of the students.  Timelines including starting dates and due dates for assignments will be placed onto this website.  A short description of the assignments will be included and some suggestions on what the students will need to do in order to complete each assignment within the specified time limits.  One section of the Website will include information about the school and classroom requirements for both student behaviors and student academic policies (Grading Standard, Absences and Work Makeup,Tardies,Types of Assignments,Classroom Behavioral Expectation,etc).  Links to educationally relevant websites will be available here as important study aids for students.  Students are encouraged to find other interesting sites for their curriculum needs so that they maybe useful resources for other students.   I will also provide a brief personal background section.  Finally, please be patient with my first attempt at producing a Student/Parent Web based information system.  This last statement goes under the category of "old dog" trying to quickly learn "new tricks"
