Rick has given presentations at outplacement services. He has seen that job seekers are adept at the early phases of job searches. These phases include resume preparation and research about opportunities. Where job seekers have difficulty is how to "brand" their training, experience, and track record as a desirable commodity for prospective employers. Rick has an entire job search process that he will share from resume preparation to "closing the deal." The evening is open to anyone who wishes to come. Some Have Found Work, Others are Encouraged to Stay the Course Yes, we've heard testimonies of God's provision of new employment opportunities! We have also seen the ministry of encouragement and exhortation at work in our midst. The promise of 1 Peter 4 is that when hardships are faced, we are to trust in God who created us and to continue doing good, even when it is hard to do. If you are looking for a new employment situation, don't do it alone. Let us walk with you along your journey!
