The best ultimate experience in Maputo is playing disc at the freshly emerged spacious tidal flats on Sundays,
located in front of the famous 'Costa Do Sol' restaurant (see map under the schedule)
The time we play beach ultimate each Sunday, depends on the tide (see schedule for the times)
Some Sundays the times of the low tide are not favorable to us and we play at one of the alternative locations in a park (grass/sand), either Ripinga Park on Ave 25 do Setembro (accross from the VIP hotel) or on the sports field of Parque do Continuadores (off Ave Mao Tse Tung)
