- First, pick a coordinator in your company, neighborhood, or group. This person is in charge of distributing individual logs and collecting them at the end. They also are encouraged to motivate all participating members throughout the program. Once the coordinator is established, they should email the current Moveabout coordinator at Moveaboutcoordinator@gmail.com Check out the coordinator manual.
- Decide your start and stop date. The program usually begins in early March or August.
- Print your logs! Or keep on-line, whatever is easiest to record your minutes of activity.
- Encourage yourself and others! Use tools on the Worksite Wellness Toolbox to make your workplace a healthier, more postive work environment.
- Upon completion of the 10 weeks, return your log to your worksite coordinator to become eligible for all sorts of prizes.
