Route Description: Starting from Rhodes Memorial, walk up to the King's Blockhhouse taking care as many muggings have occurred here. The spectacular Mowbray ridge climb ascends behind the blockhouse and passes an old outlook hut to gain a very exposed knife edge that leads to the Minor summit of Devil's peak. From there either climb the top section of the East Butress or traverse West to the top of Oppelskop ridge to meet the normal path to the top that comes up from the Saddle.
