Murdered by Los Angeles Animal Services fired GM Guerdon Stuckey in a 12/9/05 decision. On 12/15/06 Stuckey was fired by the Mayor of Los Angeles for incompetence.

 The Hearing Examiner, George Mossman, found Stu to be 

"NOT DANGEROUS" 

   after a 2 hour hearing on 11/17/05 during which the witness, Tatiana Edwards , my former employee LIED  and changed her story from a dog bite on the arm to a near massacre in order to support her $6 MILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT against my insurance company.

No one in the LAAS ever examined Stu. They killed him with the stroke of a pen. 

Rest in Peace, dear Stu- my  loyal and devoted friend of 6 years. I will miss you terribly and you will always be in my heart.

The November 2005 hearing did NOT go against him. You're welcome to read the transcript. The hearing examiner found that the bite was either an isolated "accident" or that he was provoked. It was the General Manager of LAAS who overturned the Hearing Examiner's findings and casually declared  Stu to be 'dangerous' and ordered him killed.  Although the Examiner is an Animal Control officer of 20 years and the GM has had no previous experience with animal behavior, he nevertheless took it upon himself to rule as he did.
Then Mr. Stuckey was fired within days of this ruling by the Mayor of Los Angeles.

Then Mr. Stuckey received a $150,000 "consulting" contract from the City Council.

Then there was an appeal hearing before the Board of Commissioners on 3/8/06 which took 4 months to happen, then the final determination which was finally issued on 5/26/06--all the while Stu is in a cage. Look how sad he is!  The Board of Commissioners stated that they are "always reluctant to overturn the hearing examiner's findings." However they did just that by refusing to reverse the GM.

 8/30/06 : The Los Angeles Superior Court Appelate division 86, today found insufficient evidence that if the Board was directed by the court to reconsider their decision,   they would be unlikely  to come to  a different conclusion.
