Norman Cuadra for State Court Judge

Dear Friends, Family, Clients, and Citizens of Gwinnett County Generally:

I am for the first time making a public and personal endorsement of a candidate for judge.  This is because my friend Norman Cuadra is running and I believe that he must be elected.  It is seldom that one lawyer can say of another that this individual will make better decisions and be a fairer judge of financial and freedom fates of others, but I believe that I can say that of Norm Cuadra.  I have known Norm for several years and he is an example of excellence.  I came to know Norm when I worked under him in a position of local bar leadership.
Since that time Norm has provided legal assistance to me as a fellow practitioner on cases where he had already dealt with the issues my clients were facing, and he has adhered to his ideals as perfectly as anyone I know.  I know from personal experience that it is hard to find additional time to help other people when one is already a busy attorney.  Norm does that while taking care of his family.  This is to be commended.  He listens when tired and serves when weary, and that is the most that we can ask of any of our fellow citizens.
Please join me in supporting Norm in his campaign to be elected State Court Judge to fill the spot left vacant by Chief State Court Judge Robert Mock.  Norm will make the strong and dedicated bench of judges we enjoy in Gwinnett County even stronger.  Donations can be made to Norm's campaign by linking to http://www.normanforjudge.com/.  If you are one of my clients, please contact me about making a gift to match yours.
It is difficult for me to emphasize how important I believe this election to be.  If Norm is elected, Gwinnett will gain a superior judge, who already has significant judicial experience, with the capability of rising to the Georgia Court of Appeals or Georgia Supreme Court.  If he is elected he will have the opportunity to influence prosecutors, defense lawyers, civil litigators, and countless citizens.  If he is not elected, we risk electing a judge who is less qualified or even unqualified for the position.
Thank you for reading this endorsement and for helping me to send Norm to the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center (a/k/a the Gwinnett Courthouse) at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.  Norman Cuadra is the best choice for Gwinnett State Court Judge in 2012.  Please give him your vote and spread the word!

Sincerely, Drew Mosley
