With 25 years of writing experience, Joan’s background includes writing speeches, exhibit text, annual reports, award applications, Internet and Intranet content, magazine articles, museum text, and many other types of writing. She has written for radio, video, and animation markets as well as worked as a reporter, radio announcer, and host.
Joan has written for Scholastic Canada, Capstone Press, Nelson Education, and Pelican Publishing. Her works include the travel guide Day Trips From Edmonton. Dot to Dot in the Sky, Stories in the Stars, is a Canadian bestseller.
