Monica Corish is an inspiring and encouraging AWA affiliated creative writing group leader. Click here to see her schedule of workshops. "I have been in writing groups in the past that were not so expertly directed as this one, groups that drifted nowhere in particular, and I soon dropped out of them. I'll be staying with this writers' workshop" S.L.Monica is also a writer, of poetry, short stories and creative non-fiction. Her first collection of poetry, Slow Mysteries, will be published by Doghouse Books in June 2012, and she has started work on a second collection, of short stories and poetry inspired by the lives of Ireland's Lighthouse families. And Monica is an artist, working in oils, acrylics & watercolours. Her paintings, prints and art cards are available for sale, and she is open to discussing commissions.
