Monash University Community Bicycle user Group (McBUG)

McBUG represents all bicycle users at Monash University.

Join McBUG. The more people that join McBUG the louder our voice will be when requesting improvements to cycling infrastructure, and best of all, it's free to join.

We need you to be a cycling advocate in your workplace.
Print out the "Are you a cyclist?" flyer and stick it up in your tea room and encourage other cyclists to join.

Weekly group rides

When: Sunday mornings, depart @ 8am sharp
Where: Monash University Caulfield, the main roundabout as you enter the campus, under the trees (Cnr of Sir John Monash Drive & Queens Ave)
Route: ~50km. Beach Rd via Glen Eira Rd
Pace: Leisurely/social pace. This ride is not intended to be a race nor a ride to rip peoples legs off. Assuming you can handle 2 hours on a bike, you'll be fine on this ride.

Note: As the ride grows we will be able to split into two groups once we get to the beach, a leisurely ride and a faster ride. At this stage it is just a cruisy ride for anyone.
