1 - cup vanilla almond milk (I prefer Silk Vanilla Pure Almond Milk) 1 - 2 ripe bananas 1 - cup fresh baby spinach or frozen spinach 1 - tablespoons honey 1 - cup of ice (less if using frozen bananas) Add everything to a blender and mix until smooth. I usually only use the honey if all I have on hand is original almond milk. If you use the vanilla almond milk and the smoothie isn't quite sweet enough for your taste. Then go aheadh and add the tablespoon of honey. |
