Blueberry Banana Smoothie

1 - 2 - ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
1 - cup blueberry or vanilla yogurt
1 - cup ice cubes
1 - cup low fat milk, plain or vanilla soy milk
1/2 - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

 
Add the ice cubes, blueberries and milk to the blender. Blend on ice breaker or icy drink to break up the ice a bit.
Add yogurt and bananas and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.



 


Yields about 4 cups
