 Let me clue you in Dude!,its all about your lower back muscles,here is how i see the relative importance:

Lower back muscles    70%

Abs                              30%  (that six pac ab you've been working on,will

hasten your demise!,it'll throw your back off!)


Don't believe me,go ask your great grandpa,if you can!,because he'll tell you,son the secret is my lower back muscles, that is why i still hang around

and enjoy an active life!. 

Look ,i can't make you take care of your back,but sooner or later you will realize that you have neglected your back, mark my word for it, that is the 

first thing that will fail you! ,it did me in, and i was active.

How to fix it ?,i don't know,surrender is not a good option.

Yoga can help you strengthen your back ,find the right poses that can help you!,just keep at it and you will see results,it may take years(the years you 

forgot to take care of your back!),but you will get there,now go do it!.

These Exercises are Meant to Strengthen the Lumbar Region. Weakness in the Abdominal Muscles and Lower Back Muscles Cause Back Pain or Sciatica,which is Accompanied by Shooting Pain Along the Sciatic Nerve ,Along One or Both Legs.
