Modyland, first launched in December 2000, is the teaching site of Mr. Mody, an English and (some years) social studies teacher at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School. It is designed as a resource for students, parents, and staff in order to provide additional support and contact, allowing students to achieve their educational goals.
Beyond homework links, online notes (where applicable) and other resouces, such as e-texts, online literature, and in-class handouts, there are also links to integrated media, such as blogs, podcasts, and video projects, (also where applicable). If you are looking for a resource and cannot find it or a link appears broken, please e-mail Mr. Mody directly. To navigate Modyland, just click on a "room" on the left sidebar.
For students bold enough to try out Prezi for your presentations, this is a link to the only one I have done. It isn't very good, but it shows some of what Prezi is capable of doing.
