MOBILE CREPES We come to you, light up the biligs (crêpe hot plates) and start cooking! The beautiful sweet aroma of crêpes cooking will soon have your guests queuing to taste one and coming back for more. The process of making the crêpes is in itself quite a show. Guests love watching the crêpier spreading the batter on the hotplate with the spatula, expertly twisting the wrist in a round motion to achieve a perfect round crêpe.
