If you do not have a credit card and wish to apply using the application forms, you can download the forms from below, complete in full, sign off and fax back to 0312083304 or 0866972351 or email back to mobileconnect@telkomsa.net along with the following:
1- Clear Copy ID
2- Latest Payslip
3- Last 3 months bank Statements (not internet)
4- Proof of Address
Only complete the Port Request Form if you are porting your number from another SP. |
