Duane's carrots.  He dug these beauties up on 11/21/2010, some up to 10" long.   These will be laid flat in the soil and covered with leaves for the winter.  The following spring found them still crunchy and much sweeter.

The outdoor oven at Shub's is available for use a couple of times a week when she has it fired up for her breadmaking. If you're interested, contact her.
